Princess Caelia of Uranus

Sailor Uranus, Princess form.

The Greek God Caelus is the equivilent of the Roman Uranus, so I made that the name of Haruka's father who she was named after in the Silver Millenium.

I just wanted to put Haruka in a dress and make her look pretty!

I did intend to have Caelus behind her as in the pose reference ([link]) but ran out of room on my page...
